1. How do I place an order?
Go to the 'products' page and click on 'more information' of the product you are interested in, then click on 'add to cart'.
2. I find it hard to judge the quality of my photos. Can you judge my photos?
Yes. You can email the photo(s) to beautifulbag@gmail.com. (beautiful)bag will reply f.o.c with our opinion of your photo(s).
3. How to pay for my purchase?
You can easily and safely pay with PayPal.
4. Is it safe to pay through internet?
While paying with Paypal, your information will be protected and secured.
5. How long will it take before I receive my (beautiful)bag?
Delivery time starts after full payment and confirmation of receiving your photo(s) - We aim for you to receive the product within 7 weeks.
6. What kind of delivery service does (beautiful)bag use?
Your (beautiful)bag is sent by registered airmail. All deliveries must be signed for. No P.O. boxes will be excepted.
7. If I put in an order for more than one item, how is the shipping charge calculated?
The delivery costs are €9.50 per nappybag, €8.50 per shoulderbag, shopper, streetbag or KIDZbag, €5.50 per washbag or lunchbox, €4.50 per big wallet and €3.50 per small wallet.
8. Can I have a (beautiful)bag sent to a delivery address that is not the address of the person who ordered the product?
Yes. When entering your personal details you will be given an opportunity to enter a different delivery addresses.
9. Of what quality is the (beautiful)bag?
We will make a high-resolution print on Banner. After that an extra coating will be added on the prints to avoid any major damaging with normal usage. (beautiful)bag is water resistant, and can be easily cleaned with a wet towel. Inside and out.

10. How do I choose a photo for my choice of (beautiful)bag?
First, choose what model you’d like for your (beautiful)bag. Then choose the best photo for that format (landscape or portrait). Please read our webpage Your photo or Tips for more information.
11. What are the preferred specifications for my photos?
Our prefered format for a scanned photo is a A5 sized file with a resolution of 300DPI, saved as JPEG. A digital photo should be at least 3 megapixels. We can use images of lesser quality, but the crispness and clarity of the printed image will be effected to a certain degree. (beautiful)bag will inform you whether your photo has been approved or not. Please read our webpage Your photo for more information. Maximum size of the photos you'd like to upload is 4mb.
12. Is the photo on one side or two?
It’s up to you. There are three choices for the shoulderbag and shopper:
- Photo on one side, then choose one of the three colours for the reverse side; single sided (beautiful)bag
- Photo on two sides; you will be charged for a double sided (beautiful)bag
- A different photo on each side; double sided (beautiful)bag
All the other products are single-sided: only 1 photo can be placed
13. How do I send you the images?
After ordering, you are given the opportunity to upload your photo(s). If you want to upload your photo(s) later, you can go to 'your order', fill in your email address and ordernumber to upload.
14. Is it possible to have a coloured photo changed to black and white?
Yes. Please mention this while ordering.
15. do you sell gift Vouchers?
Yes. We sell gift vouchers for our bags, but for now only at our Store locations in The Netherlands. Vouchers are very popular as it can be difficult to pick photos for other people, so a gift voucher is ideal. Especially useful if you can’t get an order in time to have it finished by the gift deadline.
16. Can (beautiful)bag make a collage of my photos?
Yes we can. This could mean a lot of work (every photo still gets to be edited). We will calculate a price depending on the amount of photos you would like to have on your product. Once the collage has been made, few changes are possible. It will also be billed when the client rejects the collage, since we have put our precious time in it.
For a wallet, we recommend no more than 4 photos and for a washbag no more than 6 photos.
Big wallet, wallet or lunchbag:
• 3 photos: €3.50
• 4 photos: €4
• 5 photos: €4.50
• 6 photos: €5 etc.
17. How or when can choose the colour of my shoulderbag or shopper?
After placing your order and finished the payment, you go automatically to 'Your order'. Click on 'Click here to upload images for your bag'.
CHOOSE the colour of your ordered bag as well as the reverse colour, if you have ordered a single sided bag.
